Pina colada, the official beverage of Puerto Rico is a sweet rum based cocktail made from coconut cream, pineapple juice and crushed ice.

Ingredients:
1.Pineapple juice-1 cup
2.Coconut milk-1/2 cup
3.Ice cubes-8 cubes
4.Whipped cream-1/2 cup
5. Sugar(optional)-3 tsp
6. White rum/coconut rum(optional)
Method:
- Combine all the ingredients in an electric blender until it becomes smooth. Avoid rum if you prefer a virgin Pina Colada.
- Serve it in sugar frosted glass garnished with pineapple wedge or maraschino cherry.
