- Bacon strips-10
- Dry red chilly(lal mirchi)-4
- Pearl onion-5
- Lemon juice-1 tsp
- cilantro-3 sprigs
- Oil-1/2 tsp
- Fry bacon strips in a pan without adding oil until it becomes crispy, drain it from oil.
- Fry dry red chillies by adding 1/2 tsp of oil
- Crush all the ingredients together. Serve with rice.
You can replace dry red chillies with green chillies or chilly powder
